Crandall Engineering Ltd. was founded in 1952 by the late W.H. (Bill) Crandall. The firm has grown from a one-man operation into a multi-disciplinary consulting firm employing professionals in many design areas.

Although Crandall's main focus is municipal engineering (water, sewer, roads, industrial parks), the firm has expanded its professional perspectives and capabilities based on experienced and highly skilled staff. This is evidenced, for example, by its participation on the $600 million Moncton to Fredericton highway design team, providing complete design for a significant portion of this four-lane divided highway. Crandall also provided major engineering design services on a $250 million 400 MW power generating station completed for NB Power.

The firm's experience in all types of municipal infrastructure systems is extensive. For example, Crandall Engineering has designed and supervised the installation of more than 1500 kilometers of sewer lines and 1000 kilometers of water lines. Consulting services include advisory, preliminary report and evaluation, detailed design, obtaining governmental approvals, complete project construction supervision, project management and financial monitoring and commissioning.

Crandall Engineering believes project management means much more than just managing to get the job done. For over five decades, Crandall has taken pride in its ability to consistently complete jobs to project specifications on time, and on budget. Crandall regards each project as a partnership with our client. The objective is to provide professional and technical services, achieving solutions that meet or exceed the clients' needs while respecting economic and time constraints.
