Richard F. Gabbey, MEng., PEng. - President
Richard has been with the firm since 1970 and is the Chief Environmental designer with an extensive background in water and wastewater treatment. Richard has been responsible for most of the firms' Industrial Park projects including Moncton Industrial Park and the recently expanded Caledonia Industrial Estate. He has also managed the team carrying out an extensive evaluation and modeling of the City of Moncton’s sewage systems, and continues to act as project manager on a variety of municipal infrastructure projects.
