The design and contract administration of electrical systems for municipal, industrial, institutional and commercial buildings has been an integral part of Crandall's professional service.

Crandall's services include conceptual and detailed designs, tender call, inspection, commissioning and system as-built preparation. Crandall has completed designs for a wide variety of heating, lighting and power distribution systems. Projects have ranged from small municipal water pumping stations to larger facilities including all low-voltage electrical and control systems for a 400MW power generating station.

The firm specializes in the design of water and wastewater pumping stations and has successfully completed over 200 such projects for many municipal clients.

Recently the firm was retained by the City of Saint John to act as project managers for the design and implementation of their new SCADA system for all water and sewer pumping and treatment facilities. This system will contain over 200 remote sites.
