Joe has been with the firm since 1975 and has gained extensive experience in Municipal and Civil disciplines. He has been the Project Engineer on a variety of works including Antigonish Water Supply and Treatment, Miramichi Marine Terminal, Tantramar River Dam repairs and several site improvement projects. He is also responsible for the firms' projects in the Caribbean. Joe is responsible for all transportation design projects within the firm.
