Joseph J. Kileel, PEng. - President

Joe has been with the firm since his graduation from UNB in 1975. He became a director in 1988 and President in 2008. During his many years with Crandall Joe has managed a diverse list of projects for Clients throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and the Caribbean. He is a past member of the APEGNB Council and was President of the Consulting Engineers of New Brunswick in 1994. He currently continues to manage many of the firm’s projects in the municipal and transportation fields. In 2002 he oversaw the implementation of the firm’s ISO 9001 Quality System.

Michel G. Cormier, P. Eng. - Vice-President

Michel has been with the Crandall firm since 1992 and became a full partner in 1999. Michel has gained extensive experience in wastewater treatment with WWTP projects in Shediac, Richibucto, Memramcook and others, as well as municipal and industrial water treatment projects, and highway design as part of the MRDC design team. Since the year 2000, Michel has been responsible for projects in the City of Saint John and for coordinating the firm’s operations in that City.
